For any multi-cat household in the Wheaton area with 3 or more cats, we offer the convenience of an extra litter box cleaning, which includes up to 2 litterboxes. A great addition to our trusted local pet sitting services! 

There will be a fee for any visits related to our dog walking services on New Year's Eve/Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Eve/Day, which may also affect our pet sitting rates. This goes to help pay for the walkers accepting those services.

Any service cancelled after midnight the day before the service is due or on the day of will result in a fee of 50% of the service price. This policy also applies to overnight pet care and pet sitting services. This goes to help pay for the walkers saving time in their schedules to accept those services.  

Fee for any visits requested after 6pm the day before, including dog walking services and overnight pet care, will be considered for scheduling. 

Any visits booked the day of include our dog walking/pet sitting services & overnight pet care. This goes to help pay for the walkers finding the time to accept the service(s). 

There is a fee for any visits booked outside of our standard hours, which are Mon-Fri from 9am-5pm. This goes to help pay for the walkers accepting those services in the Wheaton area. 

Any additional introduction required by the client in the event a new sitter is needed, especially for those utilizing our dog walking/pet sitting services or overnight pet care options. This goes to help pay for the walkers accepting to come out and take the services.  

Consider purchasing or renting a lock box for secure access during your vacation, especially if you are utilizing dog walking services or overnight pet care. This can help ensure that everything is in order while you're away.  

 Best for short weekend getaways or quick trips out of town. Book 4 to 5 days of drop-in visits for your cat or small pet and receive 3% off your total base service price! 

 Best for standard 1-week vacations or family trips. Includes 5% off your base services, giving your feline friend reliable, loving daily care while you are away.
