Training
We are committed to setting our team up for success, which is why every new team member begins with a structured and paid onboarding program. Your journey starts with an orientation to our standards and an introduction to the Precise Petcare management system, followed by hands-on field training where you will shadow our experienced managers to master safe animal handling and our "one household at a time" care philosophy. Because safety is our top priority, we require all team members to become Pet CPR and First Aid certified. To support your professional growth in roles like dog walking jobs and pet sitting jobs, we will fully reimburse you for the cost of this certification and the required recertification every two years. Our training also covers vital skills like reading animal body language and recognizing signs of stress to ensure you feel confident navigating local service area neighborhoods.
